How do I get started?

Choose "Apply for an Admin" and we will match you with the best suited admin. Based on capacity, an admin will be assigned to you as soon as you're ready. If we have met capacity, you will be added to a waitlist. There are no commitments until you are ready.

I'm unsure how many hours I need. What do you recommend?

Can I change my tier later?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. We do ask for a two week notice.

Do I get the same admin every week?

Yes. You'll have a dedicated admin who learns your book of business, your preferences, and your processes. Your admin experience is fully tailored to you

What if my admin is sick or on vacation?

We'll assign a backup admin to keep your work moving with no interruptions to your service.

How do I communicate with my admin?

You will be able to communicate with your admin via phone calls and emails. You decide during onboarding.

What tasks can my admin NOT do?

We handle all administrative tasks, but we don't sell policies, attend client meetings, or make commission-based decisions. Everything else is fair game.

How do payments work?
